Associate membership is designed for vendors and consultants to improve access to networking opportunities with member facilities and long-term care information. Associate members enjoy a host of benefits, including:
- A standard company listing in the THCA/TNCAL online vendor finder and in the buyer’s guide section of the THCA/TNCAL Membership Handbook. The handbook is printed and mailed to all member administrators in March. Standard listing includes company name, contact name, contact email, company address, company phone;
- A printed or electronic copy of THCA/TNCAL member facilities upon request, including administrator contact information (Excludes emails);
- New members receive a company listing on the “welcome member” page in an issue of Perspective magazine, the official THCA/TNCAL quarterly publication;
- A subscription to Perspective magazine, a quarterly publication mailed to more than 1,200 long-term care pro-fessionals and posted digitally for member administrators and corporate management executives;
- A subscription to Associates Monthly, a monthly e-newsletter specifically published to keep Associate members informed of critical long-term care issues—includes a monthly update of administrator changes;

THCA/TNCAL’s Convention & Trade Show is the association’s signature event of the year, a time when Tennessee’s long-term care professionals can come together for education, networking, and a true sense of community. This year, however, the COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges unlike any our industry has seen before. THCA’s Board of Directors and staff have been considering the feasibility of holding a major event amid social distancing recommendations, restrictions on large gatherings, and the particular dangers of the virus to the elderly population.
