TNCAL Board

The unique challenges of operating assisted care living facilities (ACLF) call for a unique organization – one committed to ACLF interests and to giving facilities the tools they need to provide the most compassionate, quality care possible while maintaining their viability for years to come. The Tennessee Center for Assisted Living (TNCAL), an organization of the Tennessee Health Care Association (THCA), is that voice for assisted living.

TNCAL is a separate organization dedicated to representing the interests of ACLFs in Tennessee, with its own governing bylaws and board of directors. At the same time, TNCAL also enjoys the resources of not only THCA but also the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL). TNCAL represents a new way of looking at long-term care – a dedicated organization offering myriad benefits for ACLFs statewide.
