We are hiring an Assistant Administrator, Lincoln and Donalson Care Centers to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals committed to providing quality patient care in a customer driven environment. As Assistant Administrator, you will work with the Administrator to oversee the overall operation of our skilled and long term nursing facilities, focusing on performance improvement initiatives to ensure that we provide our residents with the excellent care they deserve. Additional responsibilities of the Assistant Administrator include:
• Maintain and guide the implementation of facility policies and procedures in compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines
• Establish, implement, and evaluate financial and programmatic goals
• Provide supervision and ensure communication with staff
• Team development and retention
Requirements:
• Tennessee state NHA license
• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or business related field
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance
